MMM Films is currently raising financing for our current Slate of Projects, including Canadian gangland drama B TOWN BOYZ, set in Vancouver’s infamous criminal underworld and the Indie feature SPILT COFFEE. These projects are currently ready to go into production.

MMM Films have a number of unique investment opportunities for investors, both big and small, to get involved in the financing of these projects. The investment in MMM Films projects can be through direct equity investment in the films, shareholders’ loans as well as portfolio investment, which allows you to invest in all of our projects.

There are many advantages to investing in the film business, including tax benefits and very good returns despite the usual risks that come with any business. But filmmaking is a passion for the arts for most investors who are already making very good money in other business endeavors.

INVESTORS INCENTIVES

MMM Films offers our investors a little bit extra for their loyalty. Those who invest $100,000 or more will get the full star treatment. We have a unique marketing strategy that involves traditional and social media marketing, hyping the film from the get go to ensure maximum exposure before it hits theatres. We want our partners to benefit from the increased exposure of our films and here are some of the ways we hope to maximize their investment.

*They will be the first in line with all other investors for the payout from all funds received from the finished film. They will receive a percentage of profits from the film equal to the percentage of investment in the film once all original investment amounts have been paid out to all investors and partners.
*The Investor's picture and name or company name and logo will appear in a special glossy brochure that will commemorate the making of the film they invest in, which will be distributed as promotional material to the media and the general public.

*The Investor and his family will be special guests at an exclusive premier and party for the film.
*The Investor will receive special DVD copies of the finished film.
